Terms and Conditions

1. Remaining payment must be made in full 24 hours upon arrival: All payments for services rendered must be settled in full upon arrival at the specified location. A 50% Deposit is due 48 hours after booking event. Final Payment is due 24 hours before the event. Failure to make remaining payment may result in the cancellation of the reservation.

2. 48-hour cancellation policy: If you wish to cancel your reservation, you must do so at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date. Failure to cancel within this time frame may result in a cancellation fee.

3. Call to make any changes: If you need to make any changes to your reservation, such as modifying the dates or the number of guests, please contact our customer service team by phone. Changes cannot be guaranteed and are subject to availability.

4. Taxes are included: The quoted prices for our services include all applicable taxes. There are no additional taxes or fees to be paid, except where otherwise specified.

 

5. CA tax rate: Please note that in accordance with CA state law, a 10.25% tax will be applied to all services provided within the state. Please review these Terms and Conditions carefully before making a reservation. By proceeding with the reservation, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
