Refund Policy
​1. General Policy:** - We strive to provide exceptional catering services and understand that sometimes plans change. This refund policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued.
2. Cancellation by Client:** - If you need to cancel your catering order, please notify us as soon as possible. The following refund terms apply based on the timing of the cancellation: - **Cancellation More Than 48 Hours Before Event:** If cancellation occurs more than 48 hours before the event, a refund of 20% of the total contract value will be issued. This amount accounts for the labor and time invested in planning and preparing for your event. - **Cancellation Within 48 Hours of Event:** If you cancel within 48 hours of the event, no refund will be issued. This is due to food procurement and preparation that may have already occurred.
3. Cancellation of Food Purchases:** - If food has already been purchased and prepared at the time of cancellation, no refund will be issued, regardless of the cancellation timing. This policy helps cover costs incurred in food preparation and procurement.
4. Cancellation by Chef:** - In the rare event that the chef must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund of all payments made will be issued to the client. We will also make every effort to find a suitable replacement to ensure the event can proceed as planned.
5. Refund Processing:** - Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of cancellation approval. They will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
